The Utility has up to 5 business days to establish service once all required documents are received. The Utility will make its best effort to establish service as quickly as possible.
In order to prevent delays, please make sure that all water valves on the customers side of the meter are in the off position, if the technician notices that the meter continues to spin after the initial turn on he/she will disconnect the service and the customer will have to coordinate with the office to schedule a new turn on date.
