While we will accept electronic payments through our website and automated payments system using your touch tone telephone there the system will be unable to accept electronic payments immediately. Please refer to your most recent bill issued from Southwestern Utility Management for updated information along with your NEW account number before attempting to pay by phone or online. Also, if you currently use an online bill payment service through your bank, please update the payee mailing address and account number when making your first payment.

Our office is located at 2015 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 107, Tucson, Arizona 85745. Payments will not be accepted by field personnel.
Regular business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed for lunch from 12 pm to 1pm. An answering service will be available to take your call 24/7 in case of an emergency.

Please be advised you are in violation of ACC regulation # R14-2-409.C - All bills for utility services are due and payable when rendered. Any payment not received within 15 days from the date the bill was rendered shall be considered delinquent.
All payments must be in the Tucson Office on or before 4:00 pm, the day prior to the scheduled disconnection.

In the event the service is terminated , A reconnection fee must be paid in addition to the total balance due; and in the event you do not a have a security deposit on record for utility service, a deposit may be required to be paid before utility service will be re-instated.
TECHNICIANS DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT IN THE FIELD. WATER SERVICE WILL BE RESTORED ONLY AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN THE TUCSON OFFICE. WATER SERVICES WILL BE RESTORED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY(EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS).
